Moving into your Student Accommodation

At Genesis, one thing we want to make sure is that you can make moving in as easy as it should be. We know that moving in can seem like a confusing process to begin with, so we’re more than happy to work with you on any aspect you are unsure about.

Here are some very important things to note about what you will likely be dealing with when you move into one of our facilities, such as Anolha House. We recommend that you look to get someone in charge of all the bills; having one tenant stay on top of each bill that has to be paid is normally easier than everyone taking turns.

Your first day as a resident with Genesis

Once everything has been agreed, the tenancy has been signed and the deposit paid, You’ll be able to collect your keys from your Managing Agent from 3pm on the day your tenancy starts.
